Share Your Insights: Take a moment to jot down your answers on the downloaded form. Tell us about your hobbies, interests, talents and any unmet needs you’d like the church to address. Your honest responses empower us.
Submit Your Responses:
1) In Person: Look for the Survey table on the church patio during any Sunday Service. Drop off your completed survey there. If you forgot to download it at home there will be plenty of copies after each worship service.
2) By Mail: If you’re mailing it in, remember to write “Interest Survey” on the outside of the envelope.

Go Digital: Prefer a digital option? Fill out the questionnaire online , as shown below, and submit it electronically. After you have completed this form online, make sure you SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN THE FORM TO CLICK ON THE GREEN SUBMIT BUTTON AT THE END OF THE FORM TO SUBMIT IT.
